The project of building a new plant for Kostal Ukraine LLC, which is part of the international production company KOSTAL GROUP with headquarters in Germany and specializes in the production of automotive electronics for such well-known automotive companies as Ford, Audi, Volkswagen, Daimler, Renault and BMW.

The project was developed jointly with the investor’s engineering team in order to comply with all production needs and local regulatory requirements.

The production of car components, namely window control switches, control units on the car console, control buttons on the steering wheel, buttons for adjusting the position of the driver’s and passenger’s seats.

The technology involves the use of raw plastic granules, with its subsequent formation on high-pressure machines and subsequent painting with organic compounds. It is planned to install an automated soldering line for switch control boards and to create a shop for manual assembly of components into a single finished product. The production technology is not harmful, and all high-pressure processes will take place on modern fully automated machines.
