FLEX

Project of a production and warehouse complex of buildings with administrative premises for the international company Flex, which is one of the world leaders in contract manufacturing of electronics and design. The company’s production facilities operate in more than 30 countries around the world.

The project was implemented in two stages: reconstruction of the existing production and warehouse building with administrative premises and new construction of the production and warehouse building with administrative premises.

Reconstruction of the existing complex involves increasing the number of jobs to 4,000 people, expanding administrative and domestic areas, increasing the number of unloading and loading stations and increase capacity and expand the existing checkpoint. The total area of reconstruction is 26,359 m2.

The new construction of a production and warehouse building with administrative premises involves the creation of a new production of plastic parts for household appliances. The production capacity is 7,500,000 plastic products per year. In the warehouse part of the building there is a high-altitude storage of products on open shelves in cardboard packaging. In the administrative part of the building there are jobs for office and working staff of the enterprise for 1000 people.
