Representative office of Blum (Austria) in Ukraine. The main office with a spacious and modern showroom, as well as a warehouse is located near Lviv in Pasiky-Zubrytsky.

The building is two-storey in the administrative part and one-storey in the warehouse and unloading. The height of the premises of the administrative part is 2.7 – 3.2 m, depending on the purpose of the premises. The height of the warehouse part of the building, according to technological needs – from the floor to the bottom of the roof structure is 8.2 m. The designed structure consists of three main volumes, which are interlocked according to technological connections.

The administrative part is a two-storey building with front and service entrances and two stairwells, respectively, which also serve as evacuation exits. The planning system is a corridor with a large presentation lobby on the ground floor, which also serves to demonstrate the products sold. The administrative part houses the administration premises, exhibition premises, a meeting room, office premises, employees’ living quarters, and bathrooms with shower nets.

One-storey warehouse is solved in one volume. The unloading part is solved in one volume attached to the warehouse and is similar to it in height and structural scheme. Two industrial sectional gates with reloading platforms (dock levelers) for frameless unloading and loading of motor transport are arranged.
