BMW, AWT BAVARIA

Construction project of the BMW import center for the company AVT Bavaria, which is the official representative of BMW and MINI in Ukraine.

The complex includes showrooms for BMW, ROLLS-ROYCE, ASTON MARTIN, BMW Premium selection, as well as an import office, a training center for employees, a central spare parts warehouse and a car service center.

The project of the complex was developed in compliance with the latest corporate standards of the BMW, ROLLS-ROYCE, ASTON MARTIN and BMW Premium selection brands, which received one of the highest marks from corporate auditors among similar centers in Europe.

The territory of the complex is divided into separate functional zones, namely: guest – for visitors to showrooms and service center with separate parking lots; official – for the needs of employees, the company and production needs; engineering – for engineering networks and structures that ensure the safety and operation of the complex.

The construction of the complex is planned with the division into three start-up complexes, which allowed to plan the phased implementation of the complex and accordingly reduced the peak investment load of the project.
