BMW, MINI, MOTORRAD

Reconstruction project of the existing BMW car center in Kyiv. This is the first premises of the official BMW representative office in Ukraine – with the development of business, the area of premises and the list of functions gradually increased.

The need of the project was to create optimal technological planning of all existing zones and connections between them, as well as the integration of a new function – showroom and repair shop BMW Motorrad.

The investor of the project was the company AWT Bavaria, which is the official dealer of top car brands BMW, MINI, Alpina, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin in Ukraine. Co-authors of the project – architects of AWT Bavaria Ukraine: Alexander Didushok, Sergey Pavlyuk.

After the project, the complex combines the following functional areas: BMW car showroom, MINI car showroom, BMW Motorrad motorcycle showroom, customer service registration area, car service area, service station, motorcycle warehouse, spare parts warehouse, office and technical premises. The territory of the complex has a clear division into guest and service areas.

In the process of reconstruction, the existing complex underwent a global transformation, which provided a new effective environment for workers and builders. The implementation of brand standards in the project has created a recognizable style for guests.
