The concept of building a Catechetical Center for 60 children with apartments. The project site is located in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk on St. Chornovola, 49, near the city’s clinical perinatal center and the Church of the Nativity of the Christmas of the Holy Mother of God.
The main idea is to create a space filled with sunlight, and at the same time ensure the maximum connection of the interior with the surrounding landscape.

The building will consist of three above-ground floors and an underground parking lot. A playground will be located nearby. The project also takes into account the possibility of future dismantling and transfer of the transformer substation to the underground level.

In total, the kindergarten will be designed for 5 groups of children, the universal hall will be able to accommodate up to 100 people at the same time, and the underground parking will accommodate 23 cars.
