The project of construction of the shopping complex was developed by order of Epicenter K LLC according to the program of expansion of the trade network in Ukraine. The design and construction process was performed in accordance with the corporate standards of Epicenter K LLC.
The building of the shopping center is two-storey complex in plan with an administrative mezzanine on the ground floor. The designed shopping complex is intended for retail trade in construction and household goods of a wide range.
The main entrance to the shopping center is designed in the center of the main facade of the building with a northeast orientation. Two additional entrances for visitors are provided from the main facade. Vertical connection between the first and second floor for visitors to the mall is provided by two travelers and a panoramic elevator.
On the territory there is a parking lot for visitors and employees of the shopping center, a farmyard and a complex of buildings and structures of engineering support (underground fire tank with pump, KTP, DES).
