Design of the construction of a Jaguar and Land Rover car sales and maintenance building.
In this project, we tried to ensure the most efficient use of space, to form a comfortable interior space, and a logical connection between the premises of sales and service.
The car dealership is located on the way out of Lviv, on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway.
The car showroom is located on the side of the main facade with an entrance through a translucent vestibule. There are 10 exhibition places for cars in the hall. Nearby are the jobs of car sales and maintenance workers. There is also a car delivery room right behind the showroom. The height of the demonstration hall is 5.7 m.
On the second floor, there is built-in office space for car dealership employees, a dining room, a wardrobe, and technical rooms.

On the backside of the building, there is an area with posts for maintenance and repair of cars. A number of posts – 8 pcs. Car wash posts and an engine repair shop are divided into separate rooms. External entrances and entrances are provided from the side and rear facades of the building. The service station has a direct connection with the car dealership and spare parts warehouse.
Of course, the main focus in the interior is dedicated to the car showroom. However, a special place is reserved for the corner with samples of interior materials and a palette of paint coatings.
The waiting areas are divided into a comfortable lounge area with sofas and a bar counter with high stools.
