The project of a new office center in Lviv. We were tasked with designing and implementing a space that, on the one hand, is divided into premises that can be rented out and, on the other hand, is comfortable and modern for each employee. The project was developed in partnership with Vatman Studio, which created the overall concept and interiors of the office center.

It is a standalone 5-story building. The facades are made of a post-and-beam system of facade glazing in three colors. The object harmoniously blends into the historical architecture and integrates with the existing residential complex nearby due to clean forms and the absence of excessive decorative elements.

The mandatory elements of the project included the arrangement of underground parking and a terrace overlooking the city. The parking is designed for 25 parking spaces, while the terrace is combined with a technical floor housing the boiler room and other climate control equipment, ensuring the building’s autonomy.

The first floor welcomes guests with a stylish lobby and reception area and commercial spaces for businesses such as showrooms, cafes, etc., thereby creating additional services for the city.

The second to fifth floors feature typical layouts with commercial spaces of varying sizes. The interior layout solutions are simple and rational, allowing the business center owner to configure the spaces according to the scale and needs of the tenants, which was one of the main tasks for the architects. The interior finishes adhere to the ‘shell&core’ standard, allowing the space to be independently arranged according to individual ideas and needs.

The utilized roof of a large area can effectively serve as another open-space area for the building’s employees, where they can both relax and work.
