CHIEF ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:
  • Project management in the role of the chief architect of the project
  • Management of development of volume-planning decisions of the designed object at all stages of the designing
  • Formation of a plan for the project’s execution, technical tasks, coordination of technical cards, the list of materials
  • Control and verification of drawings for compliance with the building codes and regulations
  • Predicting the need for resourcing the development of project documentation, time and quality management, issuing tasks for the development of different sections and parts of project documentation
  • Work with related departments of the project organization and customer service
  • Coordination of the design decisions, defending the accepted design decisions in the examination organizations and services of the customer
  • Issuance of tasks to related departments of the project organization
  • Maintaining supervision over construction
  • Management and organization: participation in meetings with the client, defending decisions to the project team
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in architecture
  • 5 or more years of experience as an architect or 2 or more years as project architect/head of department
  • Qualification certificate and a certificate of advanced training
  • Designing, supervision, and quality control skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design software – AutoCad, MS
  • Office, knowledge of Revit will be an advantage

LEAD ARCHITECT

Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in architecture .
  • 3 or more years of experience as an architect .
  • Experience in supervision of the building of the designed objects.
  • Confident use of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with applicable codes, policies, standards in Ukraine.
  • Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and independently.

  • Understanding of modern materials and technologies.

ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Confident use of AutoCad and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit, DIALux and other design software will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with applicable codes, policies, standards in Ukraine, (knowledge of FM Global, VdS will be an advantage).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • Knowledge of languages: English – fluent, Ukrainian – upper intermediate (at a sufficient level for correspondence, analysis of technical documentation, creating project documentation).

CHIEF ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
  • Management and coordination of all the stages of the design and engineering support
  • Formation of a plan for the project’s execution, technical tasks, coordination of technical cards, the list of the equipment and materials
  • Development and coordination of engineering systems under the current codes and policies of Ukraine
  • Supervising and reviewing the engineering solutions
  • Performing quality control tasks of the project documentation
  • Using the most rational and economical design solutions to ensure a high technical and economic level of the designed objects
  • Predicting the need for resourcing the development of project documentation, time and quality management, issuing tasks for the development of different sections and parts of project documentation
  • Maintaining supervision over construction
  • Defending the project documentation in the examination and other relevant instances of the customer
  • Assigning responsibilities to the employees and monitoring the project team
  • Management and organization: participation in meetings with the client, defending decisions to the project team
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in engineering – mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP)
  • 8 or more years project planning experience or 3 or more years as project engineer/head of department
  • Qualification certificate and a certificate of advanced training
  • Designing, supervision, and quality control skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design software – AutoCad, MS Office, knowledge of Revit will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards in Ukraine, FM Global, VdS (will be an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of languages: English – fluent, Ukrainian – upper intermediate (at a sufficient level for negotiations and correspondence, analysis of technical documentation, creating project documentation)

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
  • Execution of calculations of building structures (reinforced concrete, metal)
  • Development of project documentation at all stages
  • Work with related departments of the project organization and coordination of project decisions
  • Maintaining supervision over construction
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in structural engineering
  • Work experience – at least 3 years as a structural engineer
  • Confident user of AutoCad, Revit, MS Office, LIRA. Knowledge of other specialized programs is welcome
  • Negotiation and teamwork skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly on their own
  • Ability to work with regulatory documentation
  • Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian – perfect, English (preferably) – a sufficient level for the analysis of technical documentation and drafting project documentation

WATER SUPPLY AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
  • Execution of hydraulic and water balance calculations of wastewater and water supply systems
  • Calculations for the selection of pumping equipment and treatment facilities, tracing of wastewater and water supply systems according to master plans, construction of profiles
  • Development of project documentation at all stages
  • Work with related departments of the project organization and coordination of project decisions
  • Maintaining supervision over construction
  • Discussion of design decisions in the examination
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in engineering
  • 3 or more years of project planning experience
  • Confident use of AutoCad and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit and other design software will be an advantage
