PROLOG

The enterprise “Prolog TD” LLC supplies road construction companies in Ukraine with additives for the production of hot mix asphalts and bitumen emulsions, namely adhesion, wax, polymer, and cellulose additives, aqueous latex solutions, and emulsifiers for the production of aqueous bitumen emulsions. This product range is primarily imported and manufactured in compliance with EU requirements and standards. Since its inception, “Prolog TD” LLC has been the official distributor in Ukraine for products from the Swedish company AKZO NOBEL and other foreign manufacturers of road construction materials.

The land plot with a total area of 0.8038 hectares is located in an industrial zone within the territory of Horishniy village, Pustomyty district, Lviv oblast, to the southeast of the city of Lviv. The traffic flow layout on the site satisfies technological requirements, ensuring vehicle access and maneuvering on the platforms, as well as access for fire engines to the building in case of fire.

A four-story administrative and amenity building adjoins the end wall of the warehouse.The majority of the first-floor area of the administrative and amenity building is designated for a road-testing laboratory. The remaining part of the floor is occupied by technical services. The second and third floors of the building are designed for administrative and office premises. The fourth floor accommodates a boiler room (fuel room) and a large open terrace.The laboratory is designed to perform the following operations:

• formulating bitumen emulsion compositions using various materials and for diverse application technologies;
• testing bitumen emulsions in compliance with current European and Ukrainian standards;
• testing bitumen adhesion in compliance with the current Ukrainian standard;
• testing stone materials;
• comprehensive mix design and testing of materials for Slurry Seal and Multimac technologies.

An administrative and warehouse building has been designed for product storage and loading/unloading operations. It consists of two separate warehouse spaces with areas of 900 m² and 875 m² respectively, an open canopy covering 450 m², and a 1.1-meter-high loading ramp.Auxiliary structures included in the project:

• a garage;
• fire water tanks equipped with a pump station and utility rooms;
• a transformer substation.
