LLC “Prolog TD” supplies road construction enterprises in Ukraine with additives for the production of hot-mix asphalt and bitumen emulsions, specifically adhesion promoters, wax, polymer, and cellulose additives, aqueous latex solutions, and emulsifiers for the production of asphalt emulsions. This product range is primarily imported and manufactured in compliance with EU requirements and standards. Since its establishment, LLC “Prolog TD” has been an official distributor in Ukraine for the products of the Swedish company AKZO NOBEL and other foreign manufacturers of road construction materials.

The land plot with a total area of 0.8038 hectares is located in an industrial zone within the territory of Horishniy village, Pustomyty district, Lviv region, southeast of the city of Lviv. The traffic pattern within the site ensures technological requirements, vehicle access, and maneuvering on the platforms, as well as access for fire trucks to the building in case of fire.

A four-story administrative and utility building adjoins the end wall of the warehouse.

The majority of the first floor area of the administrative and utility building is designated for a road testing laboratory. The remaining part of the floor is occupied by technical services.

The laboratory is designed to perform the following tasks:

  • formulation design of bitumen emulsions from various materials and for diverse application technologies;
  • testing of bitumen emulsions in accordance with current European and Ukrainian standards;
  • adhesion testing of bitumens in accordance with the current Ukrainian standard;
  • testing of aggregate materials;
  • comprehensive formulation design and materials testing for Slurry Seal and Multimac technologies.

The second and third floors of the building are designed for administrative and office spaces.

The fourth floor accommodates a fuel room and a large open terrace.

An administrative and warehouse building has been designed for product storage and loading/unloading operations. It consists of two separate warehouse premises with areas of 900 m² and 875 m², respectively, an open canopy with an area of 450 m², and a 1.1 m high ramp.

Ancillary structures included in the project:

  • a garage;
  • fire water tanks with a pump house and utility rooms;
  • a transformer substation.
