The construction of an apartment building is envisaged on the projected site. The number of storeys of the designed buildings is 9-12 floors, due to the number of storeys of the neighboring building and the intentions of the customer. The main entrance to the projected residential buildings is provided from the Pasichna street and intra-quarter passages. Composite designed residential buildings are located evenly on the site, forming a building quarter.

The project was implemented in cooperation with Archimatika, which developed the concept and approval design documentation.

The landscaping project envisages complex landscaping. Landscaping includes the organization of sidewalks, playgrounds, recreation areas and the organization of economic activities. The range of plants typical for our climate zone, as well as plants with highly decorative qualities were used in landscaping.

The house has a basement for utilities and a cold attic. On the first floor of the sections there are built-in offices. In the center of each section there is a stair-lift unit.

Sections 1 and 4 are equipped with a stairwell type H1 with access directly to the outside, the stairwell has natural light on all floors. It is possible to enter the section from both sides. Vertical connections between the entrance hall and the living floors are provided by a stairwell and elevators: one passenger and one freight-passenger.

Sections 2 and 3 are equipped with a stairwell type SK1 with access to the outside through the lobby, the stairwell has natural light on all floors. It is possible to enter the section from both sides. The passenger elevator shaft is located in the volume of the stairwell.
