The project envisages the construction of a complex of two residential buildings of 8-9 floors and an attached underground parking lot. The construction is designed in three stages.
The project was implemented in cooperation with Archimatika, which developed the concept and approval design documentation.
The residential complex is designed with a courtyard free of vehicles. Landscaping of the complex includes the organization of sidewalks, playgrounds, recreation areas for children and adults.

On the ground floor of the buildings there are commercial premises. Entrances to the residential sections are provided both from the driveways and from the courtyard.
Underground parking is provided with two entrances and exits.
