WELL Place is a new large-scale residential complex near Lviv, with a total area of approximately 80,000 m².
We have developed a comprehensive concept that combines modernity and comfort. The residential complex consists of 7–9-story sections located around a spacious inner courtyard. This block-style development of the neighborhood allows for the creation of a cozy space with a sense of privacy for residents, while making the most efficient use of the inner territory for leisure and recreation.
The implementation of the complex is divided into four construction phases, which allows for the gradual commissioning of buildings and ensures comfortable living in the already completed sections. Thanks to this, residents receive a high-quality environment even before the project is fully completed.
The facades of the buildings are designed in a complex geometric shape with cantilevered elements. This not only adds dynamism to the silhouette, but also creates additional spatial opportunities: balconies, canopies, and shaded areas. The color schemes of the facades are distinguished by contrasting combinations and detailing. All first floors are reserved for commercial functions, which activate the streets and create a buffer between residential apartments and public space.
The WELL Place complex embodies the concept of a “city within a city” — a complete set of infrastructure for everyday life without the need to leave the complex. The structure includes:
- A kindergarten with its own swimming pool, located in the very center. Thanks to its inner courtyard, it is safely integrated into the common space and provides convenience for parents.
- Supermarket and other commercial premises on the first floors.
- Playgrounds, sports fields, public spaces, and café terraces are all located in the inner courtyard with high-quality landscape design.
- The open-air amphitheater is an architectural accent that adds a social function to the space.
- Underground parking with electric vehicle charging and shelter, as well as guest parking spaces along the perimeter and near commercial premises.
The layout solutions take into account the diverse needs of residents. The complex’s apartment layout includes both one-room apartments and family-sized two- and three-room apartments. Thus, the complex offers a wide range of layouts to suit different needs. Each apartment will have its own balcony or terrace, which is an integral part of the facade composition and provides additional space for relaxation.
The master plan is designed to create both a single large space and separate functional areas: private courtyards, various types of recreation areas, a place for general activity formed at the intersection of pedestrian flows, and active commercial floors on the first floors. The number of floors gradually decreases towards the center of the complex, thus ensuring a height commensurate with human height and creating terraces on the upper floors of the residential sections with fantastic views of the entire courtyard.
Formation of the territory
The WELL Place project stands out not only for its architecture, but also for its well-thought-out structural and engineering solutions. Of course, in light of modern security challenges, the complex is equipped with a shelter: there is a bomb shelter in the basement, which can be accessed directly from the residential sections via elevators. The residential complex will be enclosed and under 24-hour video surveillance, and the entrances to the buildings will have access control systems — all of which will increase the safety of residents.
WELL Place is an example of how successful architectural design combined with innovative engineering technologies creates a new standard for comfortable and safe housing in modern Ukraine. The complex will become not just a new point on the housing map, but a true model for the future of the residential environment in Ukraine.
