The project envisages the construction of a complex of apartment buildings of 4-5 floors and an attached underground parking lot. The construction is designed in two stages.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the ATO-bel architects, which developed the concept.



The design area is located in an urban environment with an established street network. Access to the design area is from the street. Pasichna and Pymonenko. Public transport is represented by buses (minibuses), routes which pass on the street. Beekeeping.
The residential complex is designed with a courtyard free of vehicles. Landscaping of the complex includes the organization of sidewalks, playgrounds, recreation areas for children and adults. For apartments on the first floor there is an exit to the apartment plots.
On the ground floor of the buildings there are commercial premises. Entrances to the residential sections are provided both from the driveways and from the courtyard.
