The project envisages the construction of a complex of apartment buildings of 4-5 floors and an attached underground parking lot. The construction is designed in two stages.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the ATO-bel architects, which developed the concept.
The design area is situated in an urban environment with an established street network. Access to the design area is from Pasichna and Pymonenko streets. Public transport is served by buses (minibusses) that travel along these streets.
The residential complex is designed with a vehicle-free courtyard. The landscaping of the complex includes sidewalks, playgrounds, and recreation areas for both children and adults. Apartments on the ground floor have access to private outdoor plots.
Commercial premises are located on the ground floor of the buildings. Entrances to the residential sections are accessible from both the driveways and the courtyard.
