The land plot with a total area of 3.8607 hectares is located in the village of Pidbirtsi, Pustomyty district, Lviv region. The project envisages the reconstruction of the existing buildings of the enterprise with the addition of new volumes. Reconstruction is planned to be carried out in 6 stages.

The main planning decisions are made on the basis of design tasks, conceptual design solutions and technological design developed by SMR.

1 stage. Reconstruction of the 1st stage is provided in three stages:

• At the first stage, the following works are performed in parallel:
  • Extension on the west side of the shop of the 2-storey volume of the deboning section on the 1st floor and drying chambers on the 2nd. The dimensions of the annex are 36.9 × 34.8 m, height 17.0 m.
  • Extension on the west side of the 2-storey power unit shop (transformer substation and workshop with living quarters). The dimensions of the extension are 29.2 × 10.6 m, height 12.0 m.
  • Installation of a free-standing fire tank with a pump on the south-eastern side of the production shop.
  • Installation on the south-eastern side of the shop of a free-standing diesel generator.
  • Arrangement of a communication gallery on the roof of the production shop. Works on the arrangement of the gallery are carried out exclusively during the period of production stoppage and the absence of workers not related to construction in the work area.
• In the second stage:
  • Reconstruction of the existing administrative and household building, namely: arrangement of living quarters on the 1st, 2nd floors, canteens for staff on the 3rd floor and laundry in the basement.
• At the third stage:
  • Reconstruction of part of the production building, namely redevelopment of production facilities.

2 stage. Reconstruction of the 2nd stage is carried out in two stages:

• At the first stage, the following works are performed in parallel:
  • Extension on the south side of the shop 3-storey administrative building with the arrangement on the 1st floor of the premises of the expedition. The dimensions of the case are 31.2 × 29.9 m, height 17.0 m.
  • Extension of a 1-storey section of reception and storage of raw materials between the buildings of the shop and the former bakery. Dimensions 38.3 × 37.5 m, height 10.5 m. The project for this volume was implemented by Barcom LLC in 2015.
• In the second stage:
  • Reconstruction of industrial and administrative premises in the north-eastern part of the existing production plant.
  • Arrangement of a communication gallery on the roof of the production shop. Works on the arrangement of the gallery are carried out exclusively during the period of production stoppage and the absence of workers not related to construction in the work area.

3 stage:

• Reconstruction of production facilities in the south-western part of the shop for the area of reception and processing of chickens.
• Reconstruction of the bakery building with re-planning under the warehouse building (warehouse of auxiliary materials).
• Arrangement of a communication gallery on the roof of the production shop. Work on the arrangement of the gallery is carried out exclusively during the period of production shutdown and the absence of workers not related to construction in the area of work.

4 stage:

• Reconstruction of production facilities of cooked sausages sections and formation of orders in the south-eastern part of the shop.

5 черга:

• Addition of a 2-storey volume of the section of raw sausages with chambers for drying and fermentation of sausages in the south-western part of the shop. Dimensions 90.0 × 20.0 m, height 16.0 m.

6 черга:

• Addition of a 1-storey volume of automatic warehouse for high-rise warehousing of finished products on the south-eastern side of the shop. Dimensions 26.4 × 9.6 m, height 16.5 m.

Various engineering networks are provided to ensure technological processes, create and maintain the necessary sanitary and epidemiological conditions. Including:

• household, industrial, fire-fighting water supply and sewerage networks;
• heat supply for technological and household needs;
• steam supply for technological needs;
• compressed air supply;
• technological refrigeration;
• power supply and lighting networks;
• internal and external gas supply networks for the boiler house;
• heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems;
• the need for reconstruction of gas supply networks will be determined at the next stage of design, after calculating the required heat capacity for new technological lines and additional heating areas;
• The reconstruction project envisages the expansion of the building area, so the dismantling and relocation of existing and construction of new sections of external engineering networks will be developed.

The sources of supply of internal systems will be both new and existing energy supply points to be reconstructed:

• boiler room;
• refrigeration point;
• transformer substation;
• compressor;
• water supply pump station;
• for the collection, treatment and further pumping of domestic and industrial wastewater, a separate project provides for the construction of its own new treatment facilities, which will be located next to the main production.
