The project involves the creation of a modern administrative building on the premises of LLC “Ozon,” which will be a striking addition to the company’s infrastructure. The three-story building integrates with the existing development through a glass atrium, forming a functional complex where the new and old sections of the structure operate as a cohesive whole. The architectural style of the building is reflected in clean lines and contemporary materials, emphasizing the minimalist and technological character of the design.

The three-story structure of the new section creates a focal point within the complex due to its height and refined geometry. The atrium, serving as a connecting element between the new and old parts of the building, not only unifies the structure but also provides natural lighting that penetrates through large glass surfaces, creating a sense of openness. At the top level of the atrium is a terrace, offering employees a space to relax and linking the office environment with the outdoors, maintaining a connection to nature.

The architectural solution includes a ventilated facade with HPL panels, which give the exterior a modern look while providing protection against environmental influences. Large ribbon windows allow ample natural light into the building, creating comfortable workspaces.

The three floors of the new administrative complex are carefully designed to ensure functionality and comfort. The first floor houses offices for employees, a call center, a meeting room, and various auxiliary rooms such as a storage room and a boiler room. The second floor also features offices, with an added convenience of a dining room for employees. The third floor serves as the center for meetings and presentations, with spacious work offices and a large conference hall capable of accommodating numerous guests.

The total area of the administrative complex will be 1,500 square meters, accommodating up to 80 workstations. This space, where modern design meets functionality, provides an environment that meets the needs of the team and promotes efficient work.
