HOTEL ON DOROSHENKO

The main idea of ​​our competitive project was to combine public space with the requirements for the functional content of the building in the most harmonious way. To achieve this goal, our team took a somewhat extraordinary approach. We propose to drown the central part of the building by 12 m, thus forming an area in front of the facade. Thanks to this approach, we get a much more comfortable space in front of the building, the orientation of all hotel rooms on the main street.

Thanks to the arrangement of the square with landscaping, waiting for public transport, visiting the building and just walking down Doroshenko Street will become much more pleasant.

In the basement there is a parking lot for 19 cars with a car lift for access. Entrance to the underground car park is provided in the right part of the main facade. In addition to parking in the basement, the location of the engineering facilities of the building is provided.

On the ground floor there is an area with a food court, which is sold on the 2nd floor and commercial premises. The entire area of ​​the second floor also has a food court with various restaurants, an atrium in the central part and open stairs for access from the first floor.

The hotel’s rooms are located on the 3rd to 5th floors. There are 2 maid rooms and a utility room on each floor. On the 3rd and 4th floors there are 9 standart rooms with an area of ​​25 square meters. and 5 suites ranging in size from 35 to 41 square meters. On the 5th floor there are 10 standart rooms with an area of ​​20-25 sq.m. and 4 suites. The rooms on the fifth floor have terraces with panoramic views of the newly created square and the street. On the 6th floor there is a conference hall for 80 people with an area of ​​130 square meters, a lobby and a rooftop bar with a panoramic terrace of 169 square meters. There are also several technical rooms for the location of the building’s engineering systems.
