The concept of building a shopping center on the Stryiska street in the city of Lviv.

Before designing, the site was analyzed in detail to determine the target segment and the optimal list of required functions:

The general concept provides for the construction of a building of variable storeys with a linear division into functional zones. In front of the building there is an open parking lot and public space.

To meet the needs of large tenants, one-storey rooms of large area with increased floor height are provided. Planning provides for the possibility of arranging independent entrances from the main facade. In order to be able to attract smaller tenants in the center of the building designed a two-story building with a division into small rental areas. Vertical communication is solved by means of escalators and elevators.

The location of the food zone was determined taking into account the intersection of st. Stryjska and street Karl Miklós and proximity to residential buildings. The possibility of arranging a general food court and individual establishments is allowed.

All technical rooms and technical entrances are provided from the rear of the building.
